We are now moved into our little apartment up on 1st Avenue! We love it!! We are so close to everything and can walk everywhere downtown. It is so nice to have our own place FINALLY! I do miss my parents and like to go see them often but it is nice to have my own space and not worry about them living upstairs. We aren't fully unpacked yet but we will get there. It is so hectic seeing as we both have full-time jobs and are usually gone 10-12 hours out of the day. It is nice for both of us to have jobs that will support us. David is working for a contractor for the Department of Defense. We are going camping this weekend just not sure where yet. We are so excited to finally get away and have a trip together just us. We haven't camped at all this year and didn't do anything on our anniversary so this will be fun for us.

How it all began....
We were both sitting at Salt Lake Coffee Break when one of our mutual friends introduced us. I remember this July day so vividly, it was like yesterday. I had just gotten out of a "relationship" if you can even call it that. I swore off guys for a while to have some ME time and be single. Then I got to talking with David. He was BRILLIANT! He was so smart and so charismatic! I knew I had to talk to him more. He could actually hold a conversation about things that mattered! It was love at first sight (even though I said I would never believe in it). We never exchanged numbers but I had to find him again. I took my friends phone hoping to find it in there. I found it and finally got the nerve to text him. We finally went to the hot springs together where we shared our first kiss. Our first kiss was so magical...Something you see in the movies and want in real life. I am so glad I got his number and met him that day in July!!
